Use of the Blues Plate allows you to simply plug in and play through any amp with full resonator tone and very limited feedback. It works well with steel or brass strings because of the steel core. Because you can just turn the volume of your amp up as required, the Blues Plate permits the use of lighter strings and lower action, opening up entire new worlds of playing a resonator guitar in ways never before possible!

Please note that The Blues Plate, and The Blues Plate Special are 10.5" or 260mm in diameter and do not fit on National Guitars. They do, however, fit on

The Republics:

-Style 315
-Style 315
-Style 372
-Style 373

The Regals:
-Duolian RC-3
-Triolian RC-43

We're fairly sure it will fit:
- the Dobro Hound Dog M-14
-the Epiphone resonator guitar
-the Fender Top Hat
And we're sure it will fit some others that we’re not aware of.

If you have any problems with fitting your Blues Plate to your instrument, the plate may be returned for a full refund.
